The Awakening continues to be placed on hold all over again.
Just two days after signing using the Indiana Colts, they announced Thursday it placed running back Christine Michael on hurt reserve.
Per The Indiana Star, Michael "went lower" in Colts minicamp practice Wednesday. They replaced Michael with former Jets and Seahawks tailback Troymaine Pope around the roster Casey Lawrence Jersey.
Rapid stay in Indiana marked Michael's fifth home within the last couple of years. With stays in San antonio, Dallas, Washington and Eco-friendly Bay, anticipation in Indiana was Michael could finally achieve the possibility that earned him "awakening" praise from Seahawks offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell last preseason.
Rather, Michael, who's rushed for 1,080 yards and 7 scores on 254 career carries, will need to wait once again to try and create a lasting mark around the league.
